 High Flying Pride.  Were that her name, she could not have been dubbed with a better description.  The quarter horse mix mare had traits both good and bad, and they showed through at the oddest of times.  She was affectionate, and yet... literally arrogant to a fault.  Hard to handle, she kept her rider on their toes, and often on their backs on the ground if they didn't watch it.  Often, despite her status as a "racer," she didn't even pass vet inspections for want of letting the veterinarian anywhere close.  However, perhaps failed as a racer, she did turn out some promising offspring.
